Jay M. Wendelin
Jay has had his roots planted in Pekin, Illinois, from the beginning. He graduated from Pekin Community High School with honors and later graduated with a bachelor's degree with honors from the University of Illinois. Upon returning to Pekin, he met his wife Natalie at Robein School in East Peoria. She happened to be the technology teacher at a School client of his; the rest, so they say, is history! They married and have since had 2 beautiful children. Older brother Rex and younger sister Ali Jayne keep them busy. Jay is on the Tazewell County School Board of Trustees and is active within the community. He very much enjoys working with the Public Educators in his School Clients and also the business leaders in the private sector. Meeting people and helping them achieve their goals keeps him smiling. His free time is spent with family enjoying outdoor activities. Golfing, bike riding, and RV'ing to anywhere are the top hobbies when time allows a getaway. He is a tinkerer at heart and enjoys working in a garage on whatever project needs attention, a trait he inherited from his father and grandfathers before.

Director of Service Delivery
Chris was born and raised in Peoria, Illinois, and graduated from Peoria Richwoods High School in 2010. Education was his initial goal, but while working towards a degree at Illinois Central College, Chris was presented with an opportunity to join the Wendelin Consulting Group. He took that opportunity and ran with it. Technology is his passion with a focus on computer hardware. He enjoys working with his clients throughout Peoria and Tazewell County and is always looking for a way to improve their technology. His free time also involves quite a bit of technology, as he is an avid PC gamer and builds high performance machines as a hobby. In the off chance there is not a computer screen in front of him and a mouse in his hand, Chris is probably relaxing with some friends, searching for new music, or hitting the gym.
Rodney began working with computers in 1995. After taking his first computer in to be fixed three times, Rodney made a deal to trade in his warranty for the parts to fix the computer himself. Not long after that, he started building computer systems, setting up networks, and fixing computers for friends, family, and local businesses. Rodney earned a diploma in PC Repair from ICS School of Electronics. He continued his education and graduated with honors from Midstate College in 2014 with a degree in Computer and Information Science. Six weeks after graduating, Rodney was blessed with a career opportunity at Wendelin Consulting Group, Inc. He enjoys facing different day-to-day challenges, assisting clients at various locations, and working alongside his amazing colleagues. Rodney is from the Peoria area, and in his spare time he loves working on cars, fishing, and spending time with his lovely bride and family.
Alex was raised in Emden, Illinois, and graduated from Hartsburg Emden High School in 2009. He then continued his education at Illinois State University, and graduated with a bachelor's degree in information systems in 2013. Out of college, he got hired on as the technology director for a nearby school district. After almost 3 years at that position, Alex was notified of an opportunity at Wendelin Consulting Group. Alex applied and was soon after offered a position. After accepting, he hasn't looked back, knowing he is a part of smart and capable team. Not only was he able to continue working on technology in education, but he was also able to work at the very school he went to growing up. There isn't a more gratifying job that Alex could think of doing, with a more qualified and great group of individuals. Alex still lives in Emden, and in his spare time fishes, canoes, plays sports, or spends time with family and friends.
